Entry Form

A completed entry form must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format and sent as an attachment to writing@mccs.me.edu.

To download and save the Entry Form,
RIGHT click above and choose "Save Target As".

Entries for Fall 2007 will be accepted from October 1, 2007 through December 1, 2007.

Only one submission per entrant is allowed.

Incomplete entry forms and entries received by mail or fax will not be accepted.
